The Right Real Estate Agent

People don't talk about it often, but finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and a sequel to the movie A Nightmare on Elm Street.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.  Real estate is my full time profession. 

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc.  I moved to Southern California in 1981 to attend Loyola Marymount University in Westchester, California.  In addition to Westchester and my current city of residence, Manhattan Beach, I also specialize in the cities of Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, El Segundo, and Hawthorne, birthplace of Beach Boys' Wilson brothers. 

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website , including my Free MLS Search which will provide you with access to the same list of homes for sale that myself and other realtors have access to.  But these resources will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

Fourth, you'll want an agent that provides added value!  I do!  I am an EcoBroker and Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP), which means I have the necessary tools to add comfort and value to your property, while at the same time making the home healthier for both you and the environment!  I can also assist you in locating a hard to find "green"/eco-friendly home.
